8 week fitness focus - day 1

It's time to turn fat to muscle

Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond Program helped me prepare for the next 8 weeks. Now that I have more energy, established healthy eating habits and have an established routine, it is time to focus on burning up this fat and turning it into muscle.

Today was day one we did a shoulder workout and I am feeling it already. I am excited to see what the next 8 weeks brings. Stick with us as Mr. Womack and I share the journey.
