Regularly attending Pound Fitness Class and Loving It!

I am benefiting from the 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond Program in so many ways, my energy is high, my thinking is clearer, my skin is glowing, I am determined and I have established a routine of healthy habits.

I have gotten back into the routine of attending Pound Fitness Class. I invited my girlfriends Beverly and Kailani to join me and we had a blast. I am drinking my water, I am getting my walk in each day and I am able to get more done because have a clear focus and have established routine.
