Move that body - day 17

Now that I have more energy it's time to up the fitness game

I am feeling really good and have more energy than ever. That being said I will be adding a few more evening sessions to my weekly fitness routine.

Most of us sit entirely too much! I am pretty active but I can up it just a bit I mean why not, its not costing me a thing and my body will thank me.

Treat your body right and move it on a consistent basis. Many complain that they hate exercise but it's time to put that excuse to rest. You don't have to go to the gym to exercise, get out there and play with your kids or borrow some :). Go for a walk, dance, bowl, hike, roller skate, just do something.

Move your body it will thank you later.
