I was a bit hungry yesterday but I think having a shake in the morning instead of my breakfast is the culprit. I switched it around today and I am not having the hunger issue today.
One thing that I have learned is you have to really pay attention to what, when and how you are feeding your body.
During this video I discovered that I have not craved sweets. Now that's a win for me as I love my sweets. I am so thankful that I started this program!
